Local cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are 2.95% + R1.00. International cards are 3.50% + R1.00. Instant EFT and Capitec Pay are 1.90% (min R2.00), and debit orders are R6.00 per successful collection. All fees exclude VAT. See the full Fee Schedule.

No. You only pay per successful transaction.

Yes. Receive More automatically shows your renewal terms at checkout, reminds customers before each renewal, sends a receipt for every charge, and gives them a simple cancel link.

Payments are settled by our payment partner to your business bank account. Standard payouts are free. Settlement times depend on the payment method and will be confirmed when you are onboarded.

It depends on your business type. Usually: the owner's or directors' ID, proof of address, a bank confirmation letter, and registration documents (for example CIPC for a company, or your NPO certificate). The onboarding form shows exactly what your business needs.

We aim to review complete applications within 2 business days. Some businesses also need checks by our payment partner, which can add time. You can test everything in the sandbox while you wait.

We can't serve businesses selling illegal goods or services, gambling, weapons, adult content, pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, or unlicensed financial services. See the full Acceptable Use Policy.
